6:30-7:15 p.m., Thursdays: Get off the floor and on the ball to work your total body. Strengthen every muscle using stability balls and free weights.
Water Aerobics
6:30-7:15 p.m., Sundays: Splash away calories and tone up from head to toe in this 45 minute class.
